DC Automotive is Erode’s one-stop centre for car wash, mechanical service, spares, audio systems, engine oil, and Bridgestone tyres.My goal was to build strong local visibility, create high-engagement content, and turn social media into a walk-in enquiry generator.

DC Automotive is an automotive service and accessories brand based in Erode.My role was to build a Meta Ads system that consistently brought high-intent customers for car wash, car audio upgrades, mechanical service, and Bridgestone tyre sales.This project page highlights how I planned, executed, optimized, and scaled the ad campaigns to deliver real enquiries and walk-ins, not vanity metrics.

Primary Goal

The primary objective was to create a results-driven Meta Ads strategy that generates high-intent WhatsApp enquiries and steady walk-in customers for each service category. The focus was not just to run ads, but to build a digital engine that continuously attracts car owners within Erode, showcases their services clearly, and drives faster decision-making. Every campaign was designed to bring measurable outcomes: more tyre sales, more Android system upgrades, more service bookings, and stronger brand recall.

DC Automotive is a multi-service automotive brand based in Erode, offering car wash, mechanical repairs, engine oil services, speaker and Android system upgrades, and premium tyre replacement as an authorized Bridgestone dealer. With a strong local customer base and a wide range of services under one roof, the brand already had steady offline visibility but lacked a structured digital funnel to convert this organic interest into consistent online enquiries. They approached me to build a Meta Ads system that could bring predictable leads, increase walk-ins, and position DC Automotive as a trusted go-to car care center in Erode.

Main Challenge

The main challenge was filtering out low-intent users who casually click on automotive ads without real purchase interest. Automotive campaigns often attract window shoppers, price-checkers, and irrelevant audiences, which increases cost and reduces lead quality. Additionally, each service—tyres, Android systems, car wash, and mechanical repairs—required its own audience strategy, creative angle, and communication tone. Audience Setup

For DC Automotive, the audience was built purely around real car-owner intent within Erode. Instead of using broad automotive interests, I layered location radius, car-behaviour signals, and service-specific filters to reach people who were actively looking for tyre upgrades, car wash services, Android systems, and mechanical support. Multiple audience groups were tested—premium car owners, daily commuters, family vehicle users, and repeat service seekers—to identify which segment delivered the highest-quality WhatsApp enquiries. Creative Direction

Campaign Structure

Each campaign was built with a single purpose: make every service easy to enquire about and even easier to choose. Instead of running all services inside one broad setup, every offering—tyres, Android systems, car wash, mechanical service—was given its own dedicated campaign so the messaging, audience, and budget stayed tightly controlled. This separation allowed each service to perform without competing against the others, and made optimisation far more precise.

High-intent campaigns like Bridgestone tyre sales and Android + speaker upgrades were structured for maximum WhatsApp clicks, while car wash and quick-service campaigns focused on high-volume footfall. Festival and seasonal campaigns were added as short-term boosters to create urgency and upsell existing customers.
